We make every effort to keep our costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care. If your treatment plan requires several visits, you will be given an estimate. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards and offer CareCredit financing.
Please bring your insurance plan information with you on your first visit. We will be happy to submit your primary insurance forms for you. All co-pays or deductibles will be due at the time services are rendered and it will be your responsibility to pay any remaining balance after your insurance benefits have been credited to your account.
