Sarah Carbaugh – Financial Coordinator
Sarah is available to review your treatment plan with you and help provide you with various payment options to meet your needs. Should you have any questions regarding your account, she is always glad to help. Sarah has been with our office for three years.
Fran George – Appointments Coordinator
Fran will make you comfortable right from your initial phone call to our office. Her smiling face will greet you as you arrive and help you complete your dental care with as little impact on your schedule as possible. Fran has been with our office for 17 years.
Linda Lally – Office Manager
Linda is available anytime you have questions or comments regarding our office or your care. Her goal is to make our office run smoothly so our team can focus on you, as your care is always our top priority. Linda has been with our office 15 years and has served as our office manager the past 3 years.
Hygiene Team
Carrie Campbell - Registered Dental Hygienist
Carrie graduated from Shawnee State University with honors in 1981 with an Associate Degree in Applied Science. She has actively practiced dental hygiene for 28 years and 5 of those years in the area of periodontics. Carrie has been with our office since 1998.
Linda Hewetson – Registered Dental Hygienist
Linda attended Lima Technical College, now James A. Rhodes State College, for her dental hygiene education and graduated in 1982 with an Associate Degree in Applied Science. She has been with our office for over 20 years, is a senior member of the Ohio Academy of Dental Hygiene Studies and served as President of the Ohio Dental Hygienists' Association in 2003-2004. Additionally, Linda is qualified to administer local anesthesia.
Linda Lally – Registered Dental Hygienist
Linda graduated from The Ohio State University in 1967. She has actively practiced dental hygiene for over 40 years. She has been a member of the Academy of Dental Hygiene Studies. Linda has been with our office for 15 years.
Carolyn Rowles – Registered Dental Hygienist
Carolyn graduated from Shawnee State University in 1982 with an Associate Degree in Applied Science. She received her Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary Certificate from The Ohio State University in 1985. She has practiced dental hygiene for 26 years and has been with our office 22 years.

Rhonda Beaver – Chairside Dental Assistant
I joined our team in May of 2002. My job duties include assisting Dr. Burns and Dr. Lape in restorative procedures, emergency appointments, and new patient exams. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, my favorite part is smile transformations. It is a wonderful feeling to see a patient excited about their new look! For those patients who are nervous about dental treatment, I try to make them as comfortable as possible and reassure them that they are in great hands! Over the past year I have attended several Botox and Dermal Filler courses with Dr. Burns and am extremely excited to be adding these to our treatment options!
My husband, Scott, and I have a daughter, Sierra. I also have two wonderful stepsons, Andrew and Thomas, who are both serving in the military. When not at the office, I enjoy shopping, movies, fishing, watching my talented daughter in gymnastics, and spending time with family.
Tina Bowman – Chairside Dental Assistant
I began working for our office in May of 2002. Having worked as a dental assistant for over 21 years, I have seen a lot of positive changes and improvements in Dentistry. I am proud to work in an office that truly cares about each patient and makes them feel welcome.
Outside of work, I enjoy motorcycling and spending time with family and friends. I love being outdoors and at the beach! My husband Wayne and I have 3 children. You can find me on Friday nights in the fall at LHS football games watching our son Ben play varsity and our daughter Bethany who will be cheering varsity. I am also extremely proud of our oldest son Broc as he is beginning his career in law enforcement.
Jo Lowery – Chairside Dental Assistant
I have been with our office since March of 2000 and in dentistry since 1994. I am a chairside dental assistant, helping in all phases of restorative and cosmetic dentistry. I also maintain our supplies and do light equipment repair. Dentistry is a wonderful field! There is always something new to improve patient care, and we are constantly learning. Our office has had many positive changes in the time I have been here. We are continually updating our training and equipment to provide our patients with optimal care and comfort.
In my free time I enjoy my laptop, singing, arts and crafts, reading and spending time with my family and friends. I have five grandsons but only one is local. My youngest daughter Alicia and my grandson Logan are the light of my life. I am thankful to have them close and wish the others were also.
Jenna Solenbarger – Certified Dental Assistant
I joined our office in August 2008. I work closely with both Dr. Burns and Dr. Lape assisting them in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. I recently received a certificate of completion to place sealants from The Ohio State University. I love to interact with our patients, learning about their hobbies and interests and putting them at ease when they are in our office. Dentistry is an exciting profession because it is constantly changing. I love what I do and look forward to furthering my education.
My husband Jay and I have been married for 5 years. We are looking forward to starting a family. We have a cat named Daisy. In my spare time I enjoy watching movies, scrapbooking, vacationing in Florida visiting my parents and spending quality time with family and friends.
